PRS Compliance provides a smart document generation platform for UK landlords and letting agents. The Service generates compliance documents based on information you provide through our smart forms.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the document generation features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are available through monthly subscriptions or pay-as-you-go purchases. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Document Accuracy

While we strive to ensure all documents are compliant with current UK legislation, the documents generated are based on the information you provide. PRS Compliance does not provide legal advice. We recommend seeking professional legal counsel for complex matters.

6. Intellectual Property

Documents generated through the Service are licensed for your use. The underlying templates, systems, and platform remain the intellectual property of PRS Compliance Ltd.
